Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and always within 24 hours after the payment is completed. All our packages are shipped as priority (air freight). We use eco-friendly (recycled carton) for our packages only.

The estimated delivery-time depends on the destination:
- Germany (1-2 business days)
- Russia (1-3 business days)
- Europe (2-7 business days)
- America (2-7 business days)
- Oceania (2-8 business days)
- Asia (4-10 business days)
- Africa (4-10 business days)

The delivery time is based on statistics and only estimated. It can vary. If the order is not delivered after 30 business days, the customer is welcome to request a new shipping via hello@smilife-shop.com
